How to take care of your balloons?

Balloons are sensitive to extreme weather so please keep them away from direct sunlight and any other source or heat or extreme cold.

Keep them away from sharp objects, jewellery, corners/edges of furniture, doorways, trees, brick walls, fences etc.

Please does not put or leave your balloons into a hot car.

WARNING: Deflated or broken balloon pieces can pose a choking hazard for both children and pets, and should never be left unattended without adequate supervision.

How to place an order?

Orders must be placed a minimum of two business days prior to the desired pickup or delivery date.

To receive a full refund, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery time; refund requests within this window will not be accepted.

How much does the balloons last?

You can enjoy their magical appearance for 2-3 days, making them a long-lasting addition to your event decor.
